Privacy at FindYourPup

We collect information you choose to share with us to provide buyer accounts, breeder applications, puppy listings, launch updates and responses to messages.

What we collect

Accounts require an email address and password managed through our authentication provider. The buyer launch waitlist collects an email address and optionally a state. Buyers can save their names, locations, breed preferences and puppy favorites. Breeders may submit program details, care practices, health-testing information and public puppy listings. Contact forms collect the information you enter.

Why we use it

We use account data to provide the services you request; waitlist contact details for FindYourPup launch and puppy listing updates; applications for breeder review and moderation; and public approved breeder and puppy details to display in the marketplace. We do not request payment card numbers through FindYourPup.

Service providers

Our website uses web-hosting services and Supabase for authentication and database storage when configured. Some visual assets load from third-party image hosts. Those providers may receive technical information needed to deliver their services.

Your choices

You can update buyer preferences in your account. To leave the launch waitlist, or to review, correct or delete information, please use our contact form. Some records may need to be retained where law requires.

Security

We use authenticated account access and server-side authorization for personal and breeder-management records. No website can promise perfect security. Please avoid entering sensitive veterinary records, government IDs or payment details into general messages.

Changes

We may update this notice when new capabilities, processors, or protection products are introduced. Material changes will be explained in an updated notice.
